Prakash Raj Defends Fawad Khan’s Abir Gulaal, Opposes Film Bans: “Let the Audience Decide”

Veteran actor Prakash Raj has come out strongly against the ban on  Abir Gulaal , a romantic drama featuring Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor. In a candid interview with  The Lallantop , Raj emphasized that no film—regardless of its political leaning or message—should be banned unless it contains illegal content such as pornography or child abuse. “I don’t support the banning of any film, whether it’s right-wing or propaganda. It’s the audience’s right to decide. Let the people choose what they want to watch,” he said. Citing examples like  Padmaavat  (2018),  Pathaan  (2023), and  L2: Empuraan , Raj highlighted how easily public outrage is sparked today, often leading to threats and intimidation. Jaipur Audition of Miss and Mrs Top Model India 2021 Season 2 was organized successfully

 


The Jaipur audition of the national level beauty pageant of Miss and Mrs category "Miss and Mrs Top Model India 2021 Season 2" being organized by Aalmeen Studio was held at Hotel Royal Jaipur Palace, Amer Road. In which the participants showcased their talent in front of everyone with a black western dress code. Organizer Ashfaq Shah said that in the audition round that concluded today, everyone has given their best performance in the ramp walk, interview round and question answer round and aptitude session. 

 

More than 150 entries were received for this audition from across the city. Keeping in mind the covid safety, only 30 participants have been invited for the live audition. He further added that before the finale of this pageant, many multi activities like fashion portfolio, look launch, talent round, yoga session will be organized for the participants. The grand finale of this beauty pageant will be held on September 17 in Jaipur itself. 


Mrs India Glam 2019 Priya Badiwal, Fashion Designer Dr. Shalini Sharma and Anchor Preeti Saxena were present in the jury panel of this audition. General Secretary of Rajasthan Mahila Pradesh Congress Ruby Khan, Founder of India Glam Organization Pawan Tank and Ayub Mansoori were present as guests.
